Moses and Vonnie's Place
Pooler, GA
The Moses and Vonnie relocated from New York to Pooler, GA for retirement. They wanted to make this ordinary spec home uniquely theirs by opening up the floor plan, permitting a view to the pond, adding a bathroom and making the interior reflect their own vibrant style.
Some of the design features include: open plan, zero-step front entry, increased lighting/daylighting, central island with seating, tile entry foyer, custom cabinetry with easy-access drawers, pantry cabinet, under cabinet LED lighting and power strips, custom solid mahogany doors, new flooring throughout, new casement windows, custom base and case moulding, ceiling texture removal, increased square footage, new rear patio, additional 3rd bathroom and redefined front entry. This two-phased renovation project was completed it in early 2012.

The Hill's Place
Garden City, GA
This project was in emergency mode. Demolition had begun....without a plan. We were brought on-board after the fact to design an accessible bathroom for a man who had recently become a wheelchair user. It can happen to anyone at a moments notice under the most ordinary of circumstances. We modified the front entry and bathroom and made recommendations for other house accommodations. Finish selections were made based on what could be on site within a 4 week time frame. ADG worked with our vendors and suppliers to either donate or provide at a low cost items such as plumbing fixtures, tile, accessories and solid surfacing for this needy family. ADG donated design services for this project.
