About Us
Access Design Group's President, Marjorie Weibe-Reed brings to the firm over twenty-eight years of professional architectural practice, project management and interior design experience and has a passion for accessibility and equitable design issues.
She is formally trained in architecture, interior design and is an accessibility specialist. Ms. Weibe-Reed holds both a Bachelor and Master Degree in Architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design and studied Marketing Management and Historic Preservation at Savannah Technical College.
Ms. Weibe-Reed is a licensed architect in the states of Georgia, Florida, Louisiana, South Carolina, Michigan and Texas. She is a licensed interior designer in state of Florida and hold a certificate as an FHA Certified 203k Consultant.

Ms. Weibe-Reed is a member of the American Institute of Architects, maintains a record with both the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
Certifications
Ms. Weibe-Reed is a Certified Aging In Place Specialist (CAPS), a nationally recognized certification for Aging in Place. This specialized training is geared to helping seniors and boomers remain in their homes for as long as they are capable; comfortably, graciously and safely.
Ms. Weibe-Reed is an FHA Certified 203k Consultant. The 203k Consultant addresses the need for Direct Endorsement Lenders to better control timeframes through the use of an individual who can formulate the work Write-Up by consolidating the functions of a Home Inspection, Site Visit and the creation of the Bid Package. Using a 203k Consultant can shave 6 months off of the loan approval process.
